SHIPPING POLICY

Average shipping time for order is expected to be within a 48-72 hours period from the time the order is placed.

Customers may expect delivery of order within an 8-12 days period from time of order placement unless otherwise stated or other arrangements are requested.

Standard shipping charges are based on UPS shipping costs.

Unfortunately, despite all efforts, and the present reality, customers are advised that any information placed on the internet may be unlawfully intercepted. As a result, we at Gadget Enterprises cannot ensure the security of information you transmitted, and all transitions of information are done at owner’s risk.

CANCELLATIONS

Gadget Enterprises.Com strives to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to initiate a delayed cancellation of your order after it has been placed. For order cancellation please calls us ASAP (within 3 business days of order placement) at 407-574-4740 and we will do our best to cancel your order. ORDERS

To cancel an order customer must send an email to info@GadgetEnterprises.Com and effectwellness.com within 8 hours of when you first placed your order or call 407-574-4740. If the order has already been processed the company shall not be held responsible for the incurred shipping costs.

Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. The information must be identical to the information originally submitted with the order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you should questions arise in regards to the order cancelation.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of orders, providing order has not been charged and/or shipped. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out subsequently, the company will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping charges. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping costs.

SALES TAX

A sales tax is charged on all products and orders shipping to Florida. Actual tax amount is applied at the state level when placing your order, and may vary depending on the county your product is shipping to.

RETURN POLICY

For item(s) returns, Customer must obtain a “Return Number” from the company. Email us at info@GadgetEnterprises.com to obtain a “Return Number”. Any merchandise may be returned unopened and in its original condition, including original packaging within a 30 days period of receipt. Customers will receive a full refund less shipping costs. Any shipping cost that incurred to return a product to us shall not be refunded. Refunds will be issued and assigned as credit to the original credit card account if a credit card was utilized as method of purchase.

Any return shipment not received by the company, and tracking verification of delivery cannot be ascertained, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

ORDERS NOT RECEIVED

Once an order has been shipped and delivery has been confirmed, Gadget Enterprises.Com will not be responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. Customer must notify the company within 15 days of non receipt of order.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Subsequently, from time to time, if we are not able to fulfill your order, you will be notified via email for any item that may be temporarily out of stock or simply cannot be fulfilled. An immediate credit will be issued to your credit card or any other method of payment that you choose.
